HOW TO ORDER (METRO MANILA & NEAREST CITIES)

2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Provide your contact and shipping details.
4. Select your preferred payment method.
5. Review your order details before confirming.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash or Credit Card on Delivery, GCash, Paymaya, and Online Bank Transfer.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PROCESSING

1. You will receive an order confirmation via email or text.
2. Konzert Philippines will process your order, verify payment, and prepare your items for shipment.
3. Processing times are from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Orders placed on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

DELIVERY
Konzert Philippines partners with courier services like Lalamove for efficient delivery within Metro Manila. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, distance, and traffic conditions. Most orders within Metro Manila are delivered within 2-3 days maximum 7 days.
