HOW TO ORDER?

HOW TO ORDER (METRO MANILA & NEAREST CITIES)

1. Add your desired product to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Provide your contact and shipping details.
4. Select your preferred payment method.
5. Review your order details before confirming.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PROCESSING

1. You will receive an order confirmation via a phone call from our sales representative to verify the availability of the item that you ordered. We highly recommend making a payment only after we confirm your order. 
2. After verifying, our sales representative will process and prepare your items for shipment.
3. Processing times are Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment method:

1. Cash or Credit Card on Delivery (Zamony delivery service within Metro Manila only)
2. GCash, Paymaya, and Online Bank Transfer (for Lalamove, LBC, etc for provincial only.)
   

DELIVERY
Konzert Philippines partners with courier services like Lalamove to ensure efficient delivery within Metro Manila. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, distance, and traffic conditions. Most orders within Metro Manila are delivered within 1-3 days, a maximum of 7 days.
